DPAC has been granted a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for School Year 2022-2023. Click to read letters that were emailed to all families in English and Spanish.

DPAC provides this Civil Rights Complaint Form to anyone wishing to file a civil rights complaint. The form is used to document the complaint. DPAC’s Civil Rights Complaint Coordinator logs the complaint which is sent directly to the USDA which investigates and process complaints alleging discrimination.
