During the Summer of 2020, like every other season during this year, DPAC has weathered unique challenges and difficult decisions. Nevertheless, we are preparing to begin the 2020-2021 academicyear!
DPAC will begin the school year 100% virtual for all scholars for the first 45 days. On Sept. 21, we will examine health data in the community to determine if it is safe to begin returning scholars and staff back onto campus.
Until we can be together on campus, we are eager to provide high-quality teaching through a variety of virtual platforms. Since July 20 our teachers have been hard at work learning different virtual teaching strategies. On our first day of school, we will be partnering with your scholars to experience engaging virtual classes from our Kindergarten – 12th-grade classes.
As always, thank you for your continued partnership. Your feedback and opinions have helped us make the absolute best decision for our entire school community. I look forward to seeing you all virtually (and eventually in person) very soon!
Do your best to stay cool, be sure to wear a mask when out in public, wash your hands, and remain socially distanced from others.
In Partnership,
Adam Johnson
Executive Director
